Ability to work cooperatively with a lead teacher and school leadership
Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preschool or childcare experience preferred
What You'll Do
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
Provide children with a
safe, loving, nurturing, and engaging environment
Comfort and support children with patience and compassion
Interact with children through play, learning activities, conversations, and daily routines
Assist with meals, transitions, playground time, rest time, and classroom care
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Use positive guidance to help children learn appropriate behaviors and social-emotional skills
Build warm, professional relationships with children and families
Follow all school policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures
Work as part of a team to give every child the care, attention, and education they deserve
