Our pharmacy team plays a vital role in improving health through clinical expertise, education, and affordable medication access for eligible patients.
Position Summary
Baldwin Family Health Care is expanding clinical pharmacy services! This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about working directly with patients in both community and ambulatory care settings. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team optimize therapies, support chronic disease management, and improve outcomes. This position is evenly split between our family medicine clinic and outpatient pharmacy. We’re seeking a candidate excited to contribute to the continued growth of our ambulatory care services.
