QUALIFICATION Preferred Bachelors Degree with coursework in early childhood training, psychology, classroom methods or related areas. Such alternative or additional qualifications as determined by the Board. Preferred a New Jersey Teaching Certificate Demonstrated ability to assist with instructional activities and to communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians and school staff. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Successful Criminal History Clearance. Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization.
